Astrid Schmeda has already cooked for groups in Spain in 1992 and since 1997 in France. She is heavily influenced by her friendship with Dalila Attlassy who has brought home to her the Moroccan cuisine and her art of spicing. Together they carried out cooking courses in our first project near Uzès.
You are offered a varied mediterranean cuisine. Mainly we use organic food. If you wish you can also eat vegetarian.
